Dr. Amanda Davis

PhD, LMHC, NCC

Amanda is a nationally certified counselor, licensed educator, and certified life coach in Indiana. A former teacher and school counselor with 20 years of experience in public education, she now works as a counselor educator and owns a private practice serving individuals, couples, and professionals.

Amanda specializes in grief, relationship and couples counseling, women’s and children’s issues, and counselor wellness. In addition to counseling, Amanda provides leadership and wellness workshops for schools, businesses, and organizations, equipping individuals and teams with practical strategies to build resilience, prevent burnout, and foster healthy workplace cultures.

Amanda has presented locally and nationally on grief, school counseling, counselor–principal partnerships, leadership, and counselor wellness. She is deeply passionate about supporting individuals through life's challenges while empowering other professionals through counseling, consultation, and coaching focused on ethical practice, sustainability, and professional identity.

John Davis

John Davis is a certified Life Coach with degrees from Purdue University and Indiana Wesleyan University and nearly 20 years of experience in law enforcement, leadership, crisis response, and mentorship. A veteran law enforcement leader and Chief of Police, John is also an Indiana state certified police instructor and certified School Resource Officer who has dedicated his career to helping people through some of life’s hardest moments. Drawing from personal experiences overcoming childhood homelessness and adversity, his coaching style is grounded, practical, and deeply human. John specializes in helping men navigate divorce, rebuild confidence, and move forward with purpose while also mentoring aspiring police officers preparing to successfully enter the law enforcement profession. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and deeply committed to helping others grow and heal.
